Our basins are handcrafted from the finest quality porcelain together with fine particles of quartz for maximum strength. They are fired three times for enhanced durability. Due to the nature of our handcrafted basins, there may be very minor variants in pattern detail and slight ‘imperfections’ – this is the nature of hand crafted products, they are not mass produced. Your screen may show a different visual representation of colour to the product. Bottle trap and basin waste are not included but are available along with taps under our Accessories section. CARE Use non abrasive materials and mild cleaning products. We recommend a soft cloth or sponge and mild eco brands such as Ecover or Method. SHIPPING Due to the handmade production process of our basins, shipping times are indicative and we try our best to keep our estimated shipping times found above up to date. Feel free to give us a call to check on availability before placing your order. On occasion, we may have sold out of a product and if so we will be in touch to advise of the next available delivery date. If your basin is out of stock then we offer an optional ‘loan basin’ service for £20 to get a similar sized basin out to you so you can get your plumbing, fixtures and fittings in the right positions, ready for your new basin. We will arrange for the delivery and collection of the loan basin so it is minimal hassle for you. We advise you not to book in any professional tradesmen until you have safely received your product. Once your product is ready we will send you an e-mail notification and our courier partner will be in touch with the delivery day and time window.
